간수를 뺀후 세라믹 도자기를 이용해 섭씨 800도 이상에서 구운 소금에 송화가루를 흡착하여 10일이상 숙성한 기능성 소금입니다.
Natural(bay) salt is put in the bio ceramic pot and roast it at 800℃ for more than two hours. During that period, the harmful ingredients such as brine, Dioxin, SO4, MgCl, KCl, sand powder can be burnt away.
